Been training here for half a year now and I love it! Iv been to other gyms and none of them compare to this one. The gym is very nice, clean, and spacious. The people and coaches are great. Very family oriented and kid friendly. The classes are amazing, set with a great curriculum. Making me feel accomplished and more knowledgeable after every class. Over all a great gym for kids, teens, adults, or if you’re looking to socialize and meet new really cool people.

I've been training MMA for almost 2 months now and have nothing but praise for coach Andy and his staff at EVO. I went in with little to no experience in martial arts and have learned much more than I thought I would. This gym teaches technique and discipline to accommodate all paces of learning. Everyone at this gym is extremely welcoming and makes me feel at home. Monday night and Saturday morning sessions are truthfully the highlights of my week, I highly recommend giving it a try.

Love this gym! Andy Chase an Al are fantastic coaches and the culture is very “collaborative over competitive” with everyone focused on making one another better.

As an older purple belt I’m focused on doing bjj for fun and fitness, I’ve never worried about any of my sparring partners rolling with the intent to hurt some one (even though they could because there are a bunch of serious fighters). Which I believe is the sign of a good gym.

Whether you’re a true beginner or a seasoned vet looking for a good gym you’ll dig this place.

Evolucao Thai is an amazing martial arts gym, the facilities are modern and clean with lots of space, the schedule has something for everyone from fighters to people that look to unwind after work and have some fun, and the coaches are knowledgeable, engaging and patient. I’ve been training here for about a year. Excellent coaches, lots of class times to choose from, and an awesome community of positive people. Everyone is very welcoming and supportive. Both the Muay Thai and BJJ programs are fantastic. My daughter loved the teen programs too.

I decided to finally join about two months ago and honestly have no regrets since then. Not only is the facility well kept, organized and family friendly but you really learn so many techniques that will help you in any critical life situations.

If you’re looking for great coaches who will guide, push and make sure you learn not only specific techniques but also the fundamentals of Muay Thai, MMA, and Brazilian Jiu Jutsu… then this is your place. Classmates are always motivating and push you to do better every day. It’s truly like a family and everyone is welcoming! I honestly sweat and burn so much every class but somehow leave the school eager to learn more. Schedules are flexible and has various times throughout the week to adapt to yours. There are also kids classes!!!

There’s a women’s Muay Thai program that I truly love and look forward to every day! Shoutout to Coach Dennys and Andi for being awesome Muay Thai instructors and challenging me every class.

We also have a women’s jiu jutsu class that just started up again and taught by the incredible Carly DuCharme! She does a great job at breaking things down and helping us grow into strong individuals while learning in a safe environment 🙂
