I've been attending CrossFit classes here for about a year and a half. I've undergone an incredible transformation, both physically and mentally, and it's been such an awesome experience. I've accomplished so many goals here and I feel amazing. Coach Buddy is an awesome guy and the community here is incredible. I'm going to miss this place dearly when I move in February. If you're thinking about joining, don't hesitate - this is the best gym ever.

Excel is a fabulous CrossFit box with super attentive coaches, friendly members, excellent programming, and gorgeous facilities. They welcomed me into their classes for the short month that I was in Manteca, and I felt right at home. I've been a member of 8 different CrossFit gyms over the years and dropped in at many more, and Excel is truly one of the best I've experienced.
The coaches do a great job breaking down movements for everyone and give helpful and kind cues to correct movements; they're never distracted and move around class, helping and encouraging everyone. The workouts are a great mix of metcons and lifting (including regular cycles of diffrent lifts). They have every piece of equipment you could want and a wild amount of space. Half the gym easily accommodates big classes, and the other half space for people to work out on their own. They've got giant fans on the ceiling and at the floor level. There is a huge range of class times and open gym, too. They've got spacious bathrooms and showers and the coolest water bottle filling station I've ever seen.
I don't personally have experience with the yoga classes, but it's awesome to have that offering right there in the building.

Excel Health and Fitness helped me completely change my life. With the help of the amazing coaches and community I have found a healthy balanced lifestyle. I used to see working out as this chore I needed to do to meet my body weight goals. I now see a daily workout as a great mental and physical challenge that helps me start my day. I have built friendships that will last a lifetime at this gym.
Our gym is well rounded as well! We have a yoga program that has really helped my body recover from hard workouts and improve my flexibility considerably. Excel Yoga program offer classes for everyone and anyone. There are vinyasa classes, Power yoga, and Yin. The instructors are knowledgeable and attentive.
If you’re looking for something to change your life, this might be it.

Excel Health and fitness has been life-changing for me. The community, coaches and owners are all very supportive and professional. In 2020 I had to move and my contract was not quite up, but they were understanding and allowed me to cancel. Even after I canceled they were very supportive and we all still remained in contact. Once I moved back to the area, I returned. I would highly recommend Excel Health and fitness.

If you are thinking about signing up for CrossFit Excel, DO IT!
All of a sudden you become part of a team, who lets you know the last person finishing is as important as the first one to finish.
It really is the best way to help you reach your fitness goals. Instructors are there to help every step of the way. These are just a few of the qualities of this the Crossfit facility. I love it and the I'm loving the family that's comes along with it.

Excel is an awesome gym! The coaches are great, the people are amazing and the classes are challenging and fun! I am so glad I joined this gym! I am excited to keep coming here for years to come!

For the most part I have enjoyed everything about Excel Yoga. The instructors are great & I always felt like I had a great workout after each class. The room for yoga was always very clean & smelled good from the essential oils. My only negative experience would be two things~roommate for the class is way too small & I am not a fan of the chanting music that played in some classes.

I would recommend Excel Yoga to anyone looking for a place to take classes.
