A hotel that truly felt like home. As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed by Al. And Mark was super helpful when needing to make adjustments to the reservation. The entrance and hallways looked and smelled clean. The room was spacious and every detail was thought out, from the table that could be moved to the kitchen supplies offered. I felt like I was sleeping in my own bed. Parking is free. Highly recommend this hotel!

Best stay I have ever had. The room was fantastic, clean, and stellar attention to detail. The only thing that tops the accomodations is the customer service. All staff are helpful, approachable, respectful and professional. My main point of contact was the representative Ashlyn. She explained everything regarding my stay in its entirety and gave me options if I did choose to stay longer and the value in it. Absolutely impressed, will stay again if my situation ever calls for another stay.

Some more details. You can check in early and check out late for a very reasonable fee. Rooms are large, plenty of storage space. Kitchens have two electric burners and a huge microwave, you can obtain all cooking utensils from the front desk. Bathrooms have shower/bathtub. Breakfast is available. The elevators and rooms are accessible to people with disabilities. Very close to the highway and walking distance from caltrain.

I love this hotel in general. The room is good. Clean and sweet.
There is a clear alarm noise from the front desk and it can be heard in the room. You can ask the front desk to shut off the alarm (I don't understand why they don't do it)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Extended Stay America for a couple of months, and overall, it was a fantastic experience! The accommodations were comfortable and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. The kitchenette was a great feature, allowing me to prepare meals.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I want to give a special shout-out to Ashlynn, who went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Her positive attitude and willingness to assist made a significant difference in my experience.

The location was convenient, I appreciated the clean and welcoming environment, as well as the amenities offered, such as laundry facilities and free Wi-Fi.

Overall, I highly recommend Extended Stay America for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient long-term stay.

Too Good - The receptionist was welcoming with beautiful smile, and I am so feeling at home coming. The Room was so clean and comfortable, Awesome and it's just Excellent.... Another Receptionist - named Ashlyn was so nice cool and very good in Customer Service. We called it in Fiji Islands - THE BULA SMILE.... meaning Welcoming SMILE..... I highly recommend this Hotel to my Families and Friends...You will never regret...!!!

Our 4 night stay at the Extended Stay America was great. Ashlyn had a big smile on her face and was very welcoming as soon as we walked up to check in. She was very nice and did her best to accommodate us. She is the kind of person you want checking you in every time you check into a hotel, which unfortunately is not always the case. The rooms were extremely clean and spacious. We definitely will be staying there again.

+ The staffs and manager are kind and helpful. They maintain the delivery packages sincerely. The hotel is mostly clean.

- Though I took the enhanced internet, once it was disconnected during my office meeting. Got tobacco smell through my vent few times.
