If you are looking for a challenging workout with positive and encouraging coaches this is the gym for you!! I have an F45 membership and travel a lot for work, so I have visited many different F45 locations. I was pleasantly surprised at the fresh new look of this studio. Excellent studio and trainers! I have enjoyed my experience training here over the past two months. I like the mix of classes and exercises. Some of the classes are tough, but overall it has been a great experience that has already helped my lose 13 pounds. It is an right decision to sign up at F45 diamondbar branch, communications is perfect, the instructors is super nice and cool the training that im having at F45 diamondbar real helps me specially im a brazilian jiujitsu black belt the strength and conditioning is really helping my game in jiu jitsu, special mention to berry who always there to push me and motivate me. A fun way to breeze through 45 minutes of hard work. I’m an avid gym goer and since adding F45 to my workout routine I’ve pushed my endurance and strength. I love challenging myself and this allows me to have fun with it. Great coaches with great energy but the highlight here is the community feel! Stephen and the rest of the Diamond Bar F45 trainers have created such a great workout studio for the local community. In my opinion, it's the best workout you can get for those who have a busy work schedule but still want to get a quick and effective workout in. The classes are constantly changing which makes every workout a fun and unique experience, not to mention they play great tunes that keep you going you from start to end. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to try out high interval training!

After talking and getting info from the owner Stephen under my first week of trial I was able to meet coach Joleen for the ultimate burnout. Studio is big , clean, the music is awesome and my favorite part ...the lighting. You can do your workouts and focus on your forms without the stress of someone watching your sweat stains 😉 I was encouraged by my classmates, Joleen corrected my form and I felt the burn for days. There are class passes, short and long term membership and I feel my next feeling awesome journey is just one phone call away.

This place is seriously the best! I'm brand new to F45 and I'm hooked. Stephen runs an awesome gym and all the trainers have the best attitudes and push you every single time you come out! I've tried yoga, spin, and other class-based workouts and I've never been so happy with the atmosphere and team mentality that you get at F45 diamond bar. Every time I leave class I'm pumped for the next one!!
