F45 has given me such a fun workout community! I can’t imagine spending the past 1.5 years at any other gym in Tuscaloosa. I love the high energy atmosphere and variety that each workout brings. The trainers are the best at motivating and challenging us each class! I LOVE my F45 family!!

I have tried a lot of different gyms and F45 is by far my favorite! It is a perfect combination of strength and cardio training. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday is cardio based, while the rest of the week is strength based. This gym makes everyone feel comfortable, whether you are a beginner or experienced. The staff are so nice!!! 10/10

The workouts themselves are always changing to keep your mind and body guessing. The trainers make every workout upbeat, fun, and exciting with their amazing energy and playlists. The environment when working out is healthy and inclusive all of all shapes, sizes, and backgrounds. We are one big happy family at F45!

I absolutely love this gym! I am constantly challenged and pushed by my trainers. The classes are great and will challenge you. It is a great environment to workout in. I love all my trainers and they are like family!! I have seen a big difference in my endurance and strength and how they have improved over the last year and a half!

I love this studio so much! As a busy wife and mom of 2 young children, having F45 in Tuscaloosa as an effective yet efficient 45 minute workout has been such a blessing over the past year. I love the staff and community in general. Every single movement is scalable which has made it easier to transition back to exercising after having my youngest son. Would recommend this place every day!

This F45 has been such a great addition to my roommate and I’s schedule as we are travel nurses and needed a gym to keep us motivated to workout.
