I love F45!! Just experienced a few classes during welcome week and I immediately felt welcomed!! From the staff to everyone there working out, the vibe is just right! Everyone was so supportive and made me feel good since it was my first time. The music was good too which pushed me a bit lol after working out, I felt soreness in parts of my body I never felt before so I know the workout was good! Lol definitely want to keep up with it! I love it and so happy that I found you all!

I’ve had the pleasure to have two awesome coaches during my first few workouts ! This place is awesome , the workouts have you feeling like you have achieved your goal for the day , I’ve tried so many places out and absolutely love how everyone is so engaged and supportive with F45 ! Don’t hesitate on this journey. Do it for your health it’s definitely worth it !

F45 has been great for me.
I love the variety of workouts everyday. I have been going for three months and not one day has been the same.
I also really enjoy the vibe! The coaches are great and if they see that you're able to do more, they will push you.
It is a safe workout spot, I had never felt judged or intimidated by anyone there.
Another positive is their operating hours and days, they are accessible for all schedules.

F45 seems to be a great way to start your weight loss or weight training journey. This program includes weightlifting where most exercise programs don’t. I really liked how the weightlifting and exercises were set up. It was such a simple set up that took away all the guesswork in trying to decide where to start. Don’t get me wrong, the set up was simple but the exercises were challenging-Great set up. Thanks to all the coaches for assisting me with the exercises and all the machines! I’m excited!

Love this F45 location so much! My home studio is Frisco but I come down to Mansfield on the weekends to work out with friends. The energy of this location is unmatched!! The coaches and clients are great. The owners are very involved with the studio as well. F45 is the best full body work out!!
