I’ve been going to F45 MDR for the past 2 months, and I’m really impressed with the experience so far. The trainers are knowledgeable, motivating, and always ready to provide modifications to suit all fitness levels. The workouts are challenging yet fun, with plenty of variety to keep you engaged. No two sessions are ever the same, which helps keep things interesting.

I was in town for a few days and wanted to keep up with my F45 so found this studio and I’m so glad I did. I know it’s hard when you like a studio you’re visiting more than your home studio but THATS WHAT HAPPENED! The coaches were just awesome. They took time to correct form, encourage and inspire you to do more. I appreciated their energy and enthusiasm that doesn’t annoy you like some places might. They are genuinely trying to help. I wish I could come back to this studio, but I don’t live here…if I did, I would join with no hesitation. Really awesome place that welcome every level, size, age, and skill! It’s a welcoming studio and you won’t regret going.
