Learn from my mistake. Go a different route if seeking help.
I’ve been attempting to contact Veronica for a month with no return calls. No return emails… not even an ‘Out of Office’ reply.
I just attempted to speak to her supervisor Mickey, however, she only made excuses and spoke over me. There was no kindness offered nor any hint of the professionalism you’d expect of someone in her position.
Not only am I disappointed for my child, but feel foolish to have trusted this organization.

Everyone here is so helpful and quick. I have multiple disabled children that are clients through Far Northern and they have been amazing walking me through all the services and help available to them.

Worst place to get your assessment . Assessors are rude, unprofessional, and uneducated. Waste of time and money go somewhere else where they can actually be of helpful assistance.

My life is so different and so unique in many ways thanks to far northern regional center Alina withrow Clark is my coordinator she is an awesome coordinator she's professional she's sympathetic she's got great empathy and she's our overall great person she is one of the best coordinators that I have had her supervisor is very supportive Jackie I wish you all the best on your reviews I give you five stars

My name is Ted cottini I have been a client with far Northern Regional Center in Chico for some time now. I find that every time there is something that is needed in my life or my wife's life and we ask far Northern for regarding a service and I just feel that they always come up with some excuse a service cannot be provided at the moment. I work for In Home Supportive Services IHSS I pay taxes just like every other working class individual out there when I see the amount of taxes to be taken out every payday and I know that my taxes are going towards services just to name a few far Northern Regional Center Ext. I would definitely like to see an improvement at For Northern Regional Center Chico. I've moved back to Butte County 4 years ago to be with my wife Robin I became part of Far Northern at that time and continuing I was afraid to be part of Butte County far Northern before I even moved here my opinion is far Northern Regional Center in Chico California are very unexperienced service coordinators and also my opinion is they just hand pick their Service careers without actually knowing what kind of education they have behind them. I'm sorry if this has offended anybody but again it is my opinion as a client the far Northern Regional Center Chico thank you for taking the time to read and understand my own opinion regarding the service that is not being provided appropriately thank you Ted and Robin cottini
