Every office in city tech is designed to make the students run around and provide you with little to no help. 85 % of the workers seems stressed out and have the worst attitude . Forget about calling the financial aid office because you will never get anyone to pick up during normal business hours. Want to leave a message no one will get back to you during those 48 hours they proclaim that they answer all vocemail . It's so frustrating . Patiently waiting to graduate 😔

Horrible service, very vague about information that's needed and usually have to go back and forth just to process 1 app. Lines are usually long and staff doesn't seem to really care.
