Always clean!!! TOP NOTCH with member care and support. This gym has the best members and staff. Most equipment is brand new and routinely maintained. Highly recommended!!! Tanner and Meg are amazing and do a wonderful job running the gym!!!

I've only been in the treadmills but the facility is very clean and well organized. Plus, I LOVE how many different membership options they have. Also, not sure if this counts as a review, but everyone I've asked help from has been very kind and patient. The building also has a separate room with cubbies for your stuff. There room to stretch also when you're done with your work out. So far...very pleased!

Very clean gym and reasonably priced. Equipment is in very good condition and when damaged is repaired quickly. Seems the owners are always finding ways to improve the experience. Highly recommend.

The Fit Factory is hands down my favorite local gym. The environment here is unmatched. The owners are also some of the nicest and most friendly people you’ll ever meet. My favorite part about this gym is that it is always clean and doesn’t smell gross or feel gross. They also keep so many different supplements in stock, and there is a drink fridge right when you walk in!
10/10, best gym in Preston ☺️

Best gym in town. Very clean! They promptly fix any piece of equipment that breaks. Consistently bring in new equipment and attachments. They are always asking how they can improve and then make those changes. It’s obvious their members are important to them! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I used to dislike this gym but since it’s literally a 2 min walk from me I went anyways. Now that I moved back for a little bit I gave it another shot after awhile. The new owner is taking leaps to make this gym better and has done a great job at it. Replacing equipment when needed, constantly cleaning, super friendly, not to mention on top of all that the price to join went down. The only set back is that the gym is a little small and can get crowded but that’s not anyone’s fault really! Point is. Check it out when you get a chance.
