With options ranging from beginner to advanced mat pilates, to targeted workshops, to stretching/rolling classes, there's a great match for everyone. I can't wait for their expansion in a couple of months, which will guarantee even more variety and opportunity. If you're looking to improve your fitness, Kat's studio is an excellent choice.

I have to admit I used to think mat Pilates was “meh”, but this studio has definitely changed my mind. Classes are so efficient and small - the 1/2 hour body part specific classes are awesome! Most importantly- instructors are super knowledgeable.

I love this place! Fantastic instructors who use a variety of different equipment and exercises so each class feels unique. They focus on proper form and technique to help build foundational strength and posture. Lots of good stretching incorporated as well. Always leave feeling great!

Kat is an excellent teacher! The studio is so cute and cozy, they have a variety of class offerings (rolling, Pilates, sculpt, breathwork), and most important- they emphasize form and teach you the right ways to do the movements without making you feel silly. Great studio!!
