Customer service is great installed 5 new level sensors ran into some issues with configuration, called in and got answers right away. What was even better is that the rep reached out to me to follow up. This is way above and beyond what you would expect from any company.

Exceptional customer service! We were having a minor issue with a liquid level sensor and Jesse responded immediately and was able to suggest a solution to our problem. Turns out we just had an incorrect setting upon initial setup. With Jesse's instructions, changing the setting on our end was very simple and straight forward. We're back up and running again and the sensor is working flawlessly. Highly recommend Flowline products and their customer service!

Review for Flowline Echopro LR31

We’ve been using the Flowline Echopro LR31 in our water pump station, and it has exceeded expectations. The accuracy is spot on, and installation was straightforward. What really stood out was the excellent tech support—Jesse Salazar went above and beyond, staying on the phone with me until everything was set up.

We’ve also installed this product in other pump stations and have had consistently great results. No issues at all. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable instruments.
