This agency is top-notch. I have tried many transcript evaluation agencies, but this is the best one. My employer gave me a list of about 15 agencies that the CTC accepted, and they were one of them. I had a great experience with them. I sent the documents on Saturday morning and chose rush service. They emailed me back on Monday morning to confirm they had received everything and started the process. By Tuesday morning, I received an email with the transcript evaluation results attached. They also shipped it by mail the same day. Very fast! The staff were the most courteous people I’ve ever dealt with. The process was easy: just print out the application (2 pages), fill it out, sign it, and gather all your transcripts. I highly recommend them. The price is affordable, too.

This the best evaluation institute. Do not have any doubt to evaluate your degree with them. They evaluate in their time frame with best price. At first, i want to do my evaluation with another institute (they change their required documents for evaluating after i paid for them. After i investigated about them i found that they never send back original documents which their requested of me, which was horrible.). After that, I decided to go with FCSA and i am happiest with them. If i came back i go with FCSA at first because they are very responsible even they have refund policy which any other companies do not have it, this means they have confidence about what they do . I really thank them for evaluating my degree.

I received my payment receipt yesterday. My evaluated credential was sent to my employer in email at 2:06pm today. I was copied on the email sent to my employer. I chose one day rush service. If you are considering having your documents evaluated by this company, please be very cautious.

Due to their own errors, they incorrectly evaluated my transcript twice and sent both incorrect documents to my school. As a result, I had to use another evaluation service to have my documents re-evaluated, which made the entire process take even longer.

They only address their mistakes with an apology—there is no chance for a refund. Be careful with your bank or payment method when working with this company, as they do not offer any compensation for such errors and charge you around $150. At least, in case of an issue like this, you might be able to cancel the payment.

I do not recommend this company, especially for those who need to submit their documents quickly. Please think three or four times before using their services.
