Terrible customer service in the evenings. They also have the worst testing center I have ever been. Tables and chairs are the most uncomfortable that you can barely concentrate on the exam. The proctor gives you a marker that has almost no ink. Just terrible proctoring job. No genuine care for Soldiers or people needing to take exams for job requirements. Exams and training are costly, not to mention, the least we could expect is decent testing site. I hope the redesign is better and would offer more schedules and exams. They only had Wednesdays to take higher level exams, the worst and busiest day of the week. Testing site here needs reform.
