DO NOT RENT THIS HALL!!! We have rented this hall at least 5 times. We have never had the horrible experience as we did with this last event. Management is rude!!!! Tables were broken prior to setting up. We cleaned very well, but still did not meet there expectations. Security looked sick from the moment he got there. He was throwing up and then fell asleep. The price has increased drastically since our last rental, but we didn't have an issue being that we had other events there without any problems. But definitely not worth the price now. Do not make the same mistake we did.

I have never encountered a venue such as this! This place is a rip off...no matter how much cleaning you do they will find something wrong to not give you your deposit back and they will not return your call or text! The back door was broken with wire holding it together before my party and they charged me for it and I know damn well that door was not $300!! If they wanted $1000 for the venue then they should have stated that and not say $700 for the venue and $300 deposit because you will not get your $300 back! Never again will I rent or recommend this place to anyone! I should have read the reviews before I rented this place...lesson very well learned!

The day of our event it was raining and I was 5 minutes for the event was to let us in to setup and they would not let us in the building. The cleaning people was very rude and made a comment that we would not find a place to rent at that price. I think she thought I did not speak English so I replied then we could find it a place. I felt like we want wanted care there was a gentleman standing guard at the door Watching everything we did. We've won at this place for the last 6 years and never had any problems. But like the saying good things have to come to an end.

I'm a vendor whose delivered too multiple events at this location each time there were issues with getting the venue open to set up & ac/heat issues. This effects the quality of the service i provide and i tend to cringe when clients state they are hosting events at this venue. I don't leave bad reviews but these issues have occurred multiple times. The latest was a baby shower that began at 2p we didn't get into the building until after 1:55 to set up and guest were arriving as we worked making the event team seem very uncoordinated and unprofessional despite having arrived at 1:15 to begin set up.

The owner was rude to people coming to drop off last min item we need for our occasion. She walked around the area we rented doing hours of rental while we was getting the place ready for our guess. Her customer service is very unprofessional. I WILL NOT RECOMMENDED THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE.. There was no security in uniform just her sitting outside in tbe back.

Horrible service. They said “someone called to canceled” when nobody called to cancel. But couldn’t show us evidence that “we called”. And rented it to someone else!! SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! -10/10 do not recommend

Do not ever rent this hall it has no AC at all ,the security will never help and they will tell you to clean as much as possible so you could get some of your deposit back but at the end they won't give you anything back .. bad bad place !!
