It's August 2022 The Program needs to update their web information. Everywhere that the HEAT program is listed, referred to, etc says call to schedule an appointment. Well, the receptionist just told me they haven't scheduled appointments in over 2 years.
You have to get a paper application or apply online. What about people who don't have internet access? What about people who need a response with a date so they can plan accordingly? All of the agencies and resources available are making it VERY difficult for people with limitations, disabilities,etc. If you guys don't want to help the general public anymore just say so by pulling out, not by making us suffer and struggle more.

Natalie supervisor is very outstanding professional ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ gave all staff 10 star rating and Natalie help me try get heat program and she so awesome and Natalie work as act professional and be professional and work as professional and Norma front receptionist Soo awesome she is very outstanding and take good care customer and very friendly Norma takes extra time listen and so helpful and so all other staff as well too I feel like welcome and I feel good bout heat program employees treated me so respect fully appreciated thank you have a good day
