I highly recommend Functionally Fit for Life!

I've had the opportunity to attend Mike's evening group class since January 2022. His focus on stretching and mobility work prior to the start of each class is so helpful because I sit at a desk all day. He paces his class to the level of strength and stamina of each person while taking care of individuals that might need alternate exercises due to outside injuries/recovery.
He is thorough in explaining each exercise and happy to clarify any direction of what to do.

If you attend a group class with Mike, you'll notice the brief conversations he'll have with his regulars while also guiding his new students and listening for feedback and giving extra guidance when needed.

Since attending his classes, I've seen such an improvement in my strength and flexibility. It's so great seeing the progress I've made over time and it makes me happy to see others working towards their health goals as well.

Whether in one on one personal fitness, mobility or rehab, or small groups, or large groups, workouts with Mike are fun and hard. In group sessions, Mike finds a way to pay attention and tailor the workout to every individual's fitness level as well as injuries or weaknesses. Flexibility and mobility, strength and conditioning, balance and endurance, are all addressed in every workout. Mike's dynamic stretch and workout videos were a godsend for me through the pandemic.
