I don't take leaving a bad review lightly. I know delays can happen in payroll. I've only had 2 phone interactions with this companies customer servive representative. This lady tried to use the excuse that I changed my bank on the morning of payday, Friday, and that is why they issued me a check instead of my direct deposit. That might have been the issue if I had changed it before payroll went in on Monday.
And the other issue is the app. If you even look at your direct deposit info on the app it makes their system stop the direct deposit and cuts a check. That would not be a problem if I wasn't living pay check to pay check. And I don't like being treated like I'm stupid with the excuse they gave me.

I am a unfortunate employee of a company that uses this dishonest payroll and benefits organization. I know mistakes can happen with payroll. But when the customer service members try to say, you as the customer, that it is your fault saying that you change your bank on the same day you were supposed receive your direct deposit! That makes them dishonest. It is bad for the employer when there payroll company makes the bread and butter, employees, angry because they don't get paid on time.

I honestly cannot say enough about G&A! They have been a life saver for the last 3 years of using them. We were with Paychex in the past and always had issues.
But from our Payroll Specialist, Joe to our HR Karyn (sweetest Lady ALIVE!) and our advocate Kit, they are always there to help with advice and any crazy questions I may have. I would recommend them to any small business, anywhere!

We were previously repeatedly contacted by an overly aggressive agent of this company, but after complaint we had a much better and more professional contact with Barry Roberts with the company. I appreciate him reaching out to patch things up, and if we find ourselves looking for an HR provider in the future we will definitely give them a call.
