Went to a Phil Wickham concert at this church building on a Thursday night, great facility, great place for this kind of concert the problem with this place is the people that represented GFBC. The guard dog rent a cop tried to keep me from taking video, I have been to many Christian concerts in all kinds of venues not once has the security said anything to me in particular about taking video when the room is filled with a thousand cameras. This is typical of Baptist who don't know thier boundaries and try to use the power in their finger nails to force their will on you. The Venue is great the guard dogs need to be on a leash

Love watching Pastor Kevin on tv and I enjoy attending the Red Hymnal Singing each year. Have been to trainings and leadership courses led by their pastoral staff. Very loving congregation. A blessing to see the huge cross right off the interstate while traveling back and forth from Birmingham to Cullman and Huntsville.

I have been a member since 1977 . I was a sophomore in high school. I started going her since most of my friends were going here . I met my wife while going to church here . We were married in this church . We have five daughters that were baptized here and all five have dedicated their life to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ .

Years ago, I took my baby to walk on the track at the Gardendale First Baptist Church Recreation center. It was winter and too cold to walk my baby outside. They made us leave because the seniors were the only ones that were allowed to walk in the mornings. I really hope things have changed since then.
