I wouldn’t trust this facility to watch my 6 yr old daughters baby dolls. HIGHLY unprofessional owner. My daughter Audrey Foster (4 months old when starting October 15, 2018- last day November 15, 2018) & son Silas Foster(22 months old) went to this facility for exactly one month and I received a phone call my child had a toy thrown at her by an older infant in her classroom while “in the swing” I get to the school that evening after brushing it off as a minor accident to see a red mark all the way across her forehead. I tried not to overreact and just took her home and scheduled a doctors appt & meeting with the owner the next day to get down to the true story and watch the footage. I was told several different stories and then by the next day my daughter had scabs on her head from scratch marks. This wasn’t child abuse but a serious case of neglect. The facility had red flags from day one with the front desk never being properly attended to the lack of proper staff numbers per child ratio. I ignored the signs bc of money issues and not many choices around my hometown area. DO NOT leave your children in the care of these people. They lied to me and said they couldn’t roll back the footage bc he cameras were down but I’ve had several people tell me the owner herself has bragged about having the footage and how me the concerned mother will NEVER see it. All I ever asked for was the truth & she didn’t have the common decency to give me that...I could have forgiven a minor mistake because I understand being busy but being so cruel and hateful to a mother that trusted you with her innocent child shows the lack of character & the wrong intentions. Please spread the word about this facility. Go see for yourself the first 5 mins you will get the same gut feeling I ignored & know that it’s not worth the risk to leave your child in the hands of someone you can’t trust 100%. I hope Audrey(Addie’s) story prevents other parents from making the mistake I made & I also hope it protects future babies/kids from neglect.
