Businesses are given a set of rules and regulations that are required to be followed. When businesses don’t follow, it’s usually due to being newly established. If it is not a new business, then not following rules means they are simply evil.

At the counter, my purchase rang up $4 more than what was on the the price tag. Knowing about the Price Tag Law (and fully expecting the staff also knows), I nicely pointed out that the price tag reflects differently from the register, even expecting a small apology.

Guess what I got? A total push back. Cashier says that a new price structure was started a week back and tags have not been updated. I countered my protection with the Price Tag Law. The Super comes in. A heated argument ensues. Same statements back and forth. Back and forth. Back and forth. Voices increasing.

I was given my correct price eventually, but not until the staff trying to SHAME ME by saying that they’ve had many customers the past week and no one complained about the new prices. Everyone just followed. THIS WAS THE ULTIMATE SHOCKER TO ME. They have expressly admitted multiple violations of the Price Tag Law. I told them how wrong that was! I asked bluntly if they, at any point, gave a price correction to any buyer, and they could not answer.

I clearly stated that a simple marker crossing out of the old price will be enough. I don’t think they will listen.

Due to the multiple violations, I will report this business to the FTC so they can be fined.

Two stars because the staff seems nice at first, but an egregious company will have egregious instructions leading to egregious staff.

Went to pick up my daughters cookie T shirt and a few extras. The staff is very nice and helpfully. They have a lot of cool stuff. I will be bringing my daughter again next week.

I have been a girl scout for 9 years and recently redone the cabin for my girl scout silver award. There is an archary range, ropes course, great cabin, and many places to hike. Over the summer there is an amazing day camp that is lots of fun and educational!! I highly recommend visiting this girl scout location!

Wish there lunch hour they didn't close or at least had a consistent set hour that they lunch. I've gone twice at different times and they were closed for lunch, so I had to sit there and wait for 30minutes. Not convenient at all. Then i'm rushing trying to get back across town to pick up my kids from school.

Had never been to the Long Beach one. The store is tiny, but they have everything you need for your troop. They have a big camp space too.
