I am writing this review for my husband. After searching for a specialist for eye floaters we chose Global Retina Instituted and it was the best choice we could have made. Dr. Ross, Sheri, & Robin are the best. The compassion, kindness, and professionalism they showed my husband was amazing! We came from out of state and he had to have more appointments than originally scheduled. (Dr. Ross found another eye problem that my husband was not aware of). They stayed late and came in early to accommodate him. After additional tests he was able to have the laser procedure on both eyes with a very positive outcome. Dr. Ross took her time with the laser and explained everything so my husband could make the best decision for his eyes. GRI has the best in technology for diagnosing and treating patients. We can’t say enough about GRI and the staff. Thank you Dr. Ross, Sheri, and Robin.

I could not speak more highly of Dr Ross & her team at Global Retina Institute. A year into dealing with large and debilitating floaters in both eyes, I googled 'floater specialist' and am so thankful to have found Global Retina Institute.

Dr Ross is amazing and made sure my eyes were healthy before surgery to ensure recovery would go as smoothly as possible. I was well informed pre-op of what to expect during the recovery process, and during that time the team was available when concerns or questions came up.

Dr. Ross & staff are absolutely amazing and very professional! This review is a long time coming! I am very lucky to have been referred to the office by my optometrist. Last March, I went in for a routine eye exam and had my eyes dilated. During my routine eye exam, my optometrist found that I had one lattice degeneration or a tear in my right eye. She then referred me to Global Retina Institute and to see Dr. Ross when I could. We called and scheduled an appointment. Thank goodness I got in as soon as I did because Dr. Ross's equipment is state of the art. Dr. Ross has the best laser. I was treated amazingly and everyone makes you feel very comfortable. Well, when I first met Dr. Ross she asked me how I came to find her office and I explained it was because my optometrist found lattice degeneration or one tear in my right eye. Dr. Ross then informed me that I was mistaken and actually had 10-12 tears in my upper and lower right eye. I also had 8-10 tears in my upper and lower left eye. To say I was blindsided is an understatement. However, Dr. Ross told me the truth and is very knowledgeable as well as showed me videos to explain what Lattice Degeneration entails and the treatment and non-treatment option I walked out needing time to process all of this and wish I had scheduled treatment sooner. The following month, my symptoms had progressed (i.e seeing flashes, floaters, and more migraines). Before my appointment, I only had migraines and no other symptoms. So, I did not want to take the chance of going into an operating room and seeing in six months if I could regain my vision or not. Luckily Dr. Ross would meet me in the OR if that happened. Dr. Ross and her staff got in me right away and I began my laser treatments ASAP. I have had six treatments so far and have had an exceptional experience with Dr. Ross and her incredible staff! Dr. Ross genuinely cares about all of her patients and gives you all the information as well as explains diagnoses and procedures in a way that anyone can understand. Dr. Ross also is very patient and will answer any questions that you may have. Dr. Ross saved my vision and I am very grateful for everything that her and the staff have done for me. I would and have referred anyone that I know to Dr. Ross.

My experience at Dr. Ross’s office was very informing. First, the staff and Dr. Ross were great. They conducted themselves in very professional manner primarily taking care of my medical needs involving my eyes. I have never had an eye exam so thorough before at first it was somewhat overwhelming to me, but Dr. Ross answered every question that I had and then some they made me feel very comfortable and safe During the entire process. I would highly suggest and refer Dr. Ross to anyone. I was totally relieved to find out and receive a proper diagnosis and what was really going on with my eyes. Dr was very patient. She was understanding and took very much care of me while I was there. I felt relief after leaving her office after two days of treatment And when I came home I felt a lot better but I still have a long way to go. She gave me and she provided a referral to an ophthalmologist in my area. What doctors does these things but I know Dr. Ross is a very professional doctor, and I experienced nothing like it , after serving 22 years in the military, I’ll become known to seeing several doctors, but none with the capabilities and a professional, Dr. Ross Her staff also treated me in the same nature and not to forget after leaving on the first day I was staying at a local hotel and Dr. Ross and Sheri provided me transportation to my hotel again. Who does that Dr. Ross does. I am glad that I made the choice to go see Dr. Ross and her staff in Arizona. I want to thank her and her staff for the very professional care that I received and I’m looking forward to using her in the future. I highly recommend! Had my first laser treatment for my floaters yesterday. Success! Floaters are 90% gone. Going to get the rest in a few days.
Dr Ross and her team literally changed my life! ... I couldn't drive at night and was getting to a point where I wasn't confident about driving at all. Her and her staff are great! Very knowledgeable and caring!
