Good place. 90% of the time they have exactly what you need. Very good service. If you buy the wrong product here it's because you didn't ask. This Ace is much better than the one at Stokes in Salem.

I shopped at ACE Hardware in Payson this evening. The young woman who worked at the front counter was exceptional. Her name was Maggie. There was a particularly irritating and annoying man that she was waiting on. I wanted to back hand him. Her demeanor was such that she was able to handle him and help him complete his purchase without even acting as though she was nervous or unsettled, whatsoever. She didn't miss a beat. She didn't even need to call her manager. After he left, she waited on the people next in line and greeted them with a pleasant smile... as if they were the only customers that mattered. I told her manager that she needed a raise. I sure hope she gets one! 😊

I went to this store recently looking for a specific bolt size and shape that I needed for a project. I was turned over to the hardware staff who spent all the time I needed finding the exact product that would work for me. I was incredibly impressed by how helpful and friendly the staff at this store were! I don’t live in Payson but I will be going back to this store whenever I need something. I’m so glad I stopped by!

Love this Ace. I’ve never been a big fan of the limited selection and higher prices at Ace Hardwares in the past, but this one is treated me very well over the last 5 years. Their selection is unlike any other Ace I’ve been to. Their service is usually really great.

Unfortunately I had false expectations expectations that were not met along with an incorrect order for a timely project I needed to complete. Though this may be a corporate franchise concern, return/restock policy was never disclosed thoroughly and I would suggest an increase in the attention to detail for orders placed in store. Other than that, very hometown friendly staff with a great atmosphere. Thanks
