No restroom access made Madera Greyhound a not customer friendly station . I understand that public transient issues make it difficult to open a restroom but the city's lack of care and greed could fix that issue by hiring public restroom attendants to unlock clean restock and lock city wide restrooms once a day. This seams to be a problem in city's with less population. Eventually city's have to Grow up and expand out.

The clean bus is very comfortable with plenty of room for legs and would definitely not complain to take another trip.

It is just like every other bus station. Except the person who runs the little gift shop is a very nice woman who treats everyone with respect and compassion.
The prices are equivalent to most corner markets.

I go to the Greyhound busstation at least once a week and I can say its starting to look really good again. It was not clean at all! Homeless people were trashing it. Sleeping on sidewalks, leaving trash, and loitering.

Bought a ticket for 10:15pm the bus did not arrive until 1am. If you don’t mind being late and kept waiting for hours then greyhound is where you need to go. Will never ride with greyhound ever again worst experience ever.

This place is small but not bad. I had never been to this spot before. It's different!! There's seating everywhere. There is some seating inside during the day. It's a very busy place.

I love the structure the location and even the cleanliness was not to bad but I could do without the random homeless that were talking to themselves and pushy under cover taxi drivers with no license to taxi.
