I can't recommend Guild Mortgage Company enough! My wife and I were first-time home buyers and very nervous about the entire home-buying process. We'd had a previous bad experience with another lender, so moving forward we wanted to make sure that we chose a lender that was the right fit. I wish I could give them 0 stars. Did not know anything about first time home buyers and messed up everything in our process. Did the wrong loan amount, told us things then did the opposite, just from the start it was wrong. We ended up not buying the house after being in the contract for over a month because of them— they made the process so hard for no reason. Definitely would not recommend them to anyone.
