My daughter went to Hakuna Matata daycare for about 2 years and she loved it !
Barbara was so great with her and I felt so comfortable knowing my daughter was in great hands. We started doing daycare during the pandemic in July 2021 and Barbara always took necessary precautions to make sure all the shared spaces were clean and tidy. She always made sure the kids had breakfast, snacks and lunch. My daughter learned so much while here that she was more than ready to start preschool. Barbara follows a curriculum that made the transition into school so much easier. My daughter started school in the fall of 2023, and we stopped going to daycare, but we miss all the kids and Barbara so much !
My daughter wasn’t very talkative when she started daycare but after a few months of socializing with the other kids, her language exploded. I can’t say enough good things about Barbara and Hakuna Matata daycare. If you’re looking for a trusted and reliable daycare, then I would recommend Hakuna Matata daycare.

My two kids ages 4 and 7 attended Hakuna Matata Child Care and it was such an amazing, family oriented facility. Barbara is such a nice and caring person, takes care of all the children as if they are hers. Very clean and love that they do learning activities along with story time. Very flexible and understanding. Barbara and her team are very patient and loving and I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a good at home child care.

My daughter has been with Barbie since she was 14 months old. We interviewed 16 other facility and family licensed childcare locations with no success. Meeting Barbie and speaking with her, she just has a positive aura and to see how kind, genuine, engaged she is with my daughter and her other kiddos in childcare left us at ease. She treats your children like family and is just an absolute sweetheart. This is truly her calling. Anytime I mention Barbie house, my daughter lights up and gets excited. My daughter has autism and Barbie is so understanding with her. She takes the time to listen to the parents, educates us on tools that can help in the home setting that worked with our daughter in daycare and is very communicative.
She is the only provider I am completely comfortable with and I know she is in good hands with her. Our little girl is 6 years old and we wouldn't consider anyone else for our daughter.
