Well we always stay at Hampton Inn’s. This one was not good. The bed was hard. No real hot water in shower. The breakfast was bad. The hot food was not hot. The oatmeal was dry like no milk or water was added to it. The brown sugar was so hard it was white. So I tried a waffle and it cooked but was not warm. No breakfast danishes. I know it’s a hotel breakfast but only comparing to other hotels. Would not stay here again

The Hampton Inn Gadsden/Attalla I-59 isa nice place to stay. We found access to the hotel very easy and there are several restaurants on the same exit. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating from the reception people to the staff at breakfast.

Positive: Hospitality Negative: The hotel has a "musty" smell. I think carpet cleaning throughout would rectify this issue.

I booked a handicapped accessible room because I have ambulatory issues. It still has a tub instead of a walk-in shower. I found nothing accessible in the room with the tub and very tall beds that my husband had to help me get into. Also, the room was very humid, even with the AC on.

Love the front desk staff (Andrew) very nice and courteous, Food area clean and presentable. would have given five stars didn't like pets was allowed in food and dining area. rooms and pool very relaxing, bathrooms could be a little bigger.

You can always count on a good night's sleep and a good bed staying at a Hampton Inn. I'm starting to travel more and more times than not I lose sleep if I don't stay at a Hilton Hampton Inn. The room was clean, staff friendly and it was close to the freeway. All things important when hitting the road.

Overall nice stay! Service is only a 3 because we only had to stay one night, we checked in late and the clerk barely spoke to us as she got us checked in; checking out, a housekeeper did ask how our stay was. Lobby and room felt clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable enough and better than some other stays we've had. Breakfast bar had many options, including grab-n-go foods.
