My son has been going here for about 7 months and absolutely loves it, and so do I! A lot of other places we have tried just rush you through testing and all the sudden you're a "black belt" when you barely know the basics. I really love that here, if you aren't ready, you aren't getting that stripe. They are efficient in their training and dont stop until you are too. They're the most caring staff I've ever seen, which is a major bonus as a parent. The tuition is next to nothing, in comparison to similar martial arts places as well. This will definitely be the place I will recommend anyone who wants to learn a combination of skills.

I have been training here for around two years and have loved every second. I love the American military uniforms and structure while still training in traditional Japanese and Chinese martial arts. I have also really appreciated all the different types of martial arts offered here and have been enjoying Tai Chi along with the main system. Everyone I've met there has been great and I appreciate Professor Foley's focus on self defense and his heart toward training all of his students to be able to protect themselves. Can't imagine training anywhere else.

I can’t say enough good things about this facility. The knowledge, training, dedication, determination, instructors, and everything else that comes with this place. If you need to learn self defense…..this is just the place! I like that I can pay monthly with NO CONTRACT or hidden fees.

A great place to learn Martial Arts. From day one you will be learning self-defense techniques and developing form. The instructors are sound and extremely competent, capable, and knowledgeable at what they do.

My sons and I began studying here about 2 months ago. The environment is great, the instruction excellent, and the system is amazing. Truly a mixed martial art; fully functional self-defense techniques are taught from day one. It is also a great way to workout both at the dojo and practicing at home. Highly recommend to people interested in learning to defend themselves and others.
