Our daughter attended HCLC from about age 2.5 until she started Kindergarten (we kept her there through TK so she could continue to learn Mandarin). Our daughter absolutely loved it there; she was always happy when we picked her up and she always looked forward to going to school. Ms. Wendy really cares about the children; whenever we picked up our daughter her face, hands and clothes would be clean and her hair kempt. I realized how important this detail was during the pandemic when HCLC was closed and we had to send our daughter to another preschool. There, our daughter would come home in a much worse condition than when we dropped her off. The kids at HCLC get a home-cooked breakfast and lunch and it was always tasty according to our daughter. Ms. Wendy ensures that the children get well balanced meals everyday. As for the curriculum, our daughter learned a lot of mandarin and Ms. Wendy works really hard to give the children the best education she possibly can. We feel very fortunate to have found HCLC - our daughter still talks to Ms. Wendy on the phone because she misses her constantly!
