This was a good organization which me and my mother both had the pleasure of supporting. However, any time we have been in the store we've come across multiple problems with a certain individual, Keli. Any time we have gone in there she has been not only rude, but speaks to me as if she is looking down upon me. While the donations of this charitable store are important, it seems to be all she cares about. She never makes her presence known to her customers and if she does she always speaks demeaningly towards them. Not the face or actions you'd like to recieve from a non profit organization.
