Great team of folks here. I've worked with the Quest team for just over 15 years, and without exception they have always provided service when it matters the most... *after* the sale. While they're great at fitting solutions to your needs, where they shine the best is in their support department. First call solutions are the norm, but if they need to research, test or escalate, the follow-up is fast and effective. I've worked with a few different vendors through the years, but Quest sets the standard for what I expect from my SolidWorks VAR.

I guess Ill be the ONE that challenges Quest Integrations 5 star rating.

I purchased SolidWorks from Quest and followed up with 4 years of subscription services. We switched to AutoDesk Fusion 360 and let the SolidWorks subscription laps.This is where Quest failed as a SolidWorks VAR. Let your Subscription laps and you are no longer a "Valued Customer".

I still use SolidWorks on legacy projects and needed to move it to a new computer. Despite many calls, my company was not important anymore as we were "out of subscription" and would be helped when "time was available". Many requests for help with the resetting the license seat were ignored.

Long review but 2 short points:

1) Really nice people who are always friendly, But, if you let your subscription laps you better give yourself plenty of time to get a registration issue fixed on a product you invested thousands of dollars in.

2) All customers should be important including past customers as they might be Future customers again!

The team at Quest Integration is setting the standard for fast and friendly customer support. They answer the phone within a ring or two every time I call and there is always a qualified and experienced expert to answer my questions. Within minutes their trained engineers can be remotely logged into my computer and walking me through a solution to my question or technical issue. And, they don't just take control and do it for me. Instead, they direct and let me click the buttons and make the changes. That way, they're actually teaching and training at the same time.

I've also been to their facility several times for training. The instructors are patient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The environment is clean, comfortable and bright. And, the entire team will make anyone feel right at home, treating each guest like they're distinguished.

The bottom line is this: If you NEED Solidworks, you WANT Quest Integration.
