My assignment was a 6 months with extension contract that ended 2 months in because the county hired a full time employee. It took 3 months to be accepted for the position. Waste of time. I dealt with Heather who on the phone said she cared about my brief sickness and I missed a couple days. After my assignment ended, I was sent a separation letter from HB Staffing due to attendance. No work/life balance.

I must say I’m very pleased with HB staffing.. I had the pleasure of meeting/interviewed with DJ and she was very helpful in assisting me on my journey to greatness. She’s very responsive and thoughtful I’m glad I had the opportunity to meet her.. if I could give her 10 stars I would..I highly recommend HB Staffing..

As a recent graduate, often times it's hard to get your foot in the door. Thus working with agencies such as HB Staffing has definitely been a great aid in gaining insight and valuable experience into non-profit, public and government employment.

The process was far more efficient than that of other agencies I have worked with. A week after I began utilizing HB, I was called by a recruiter to get a feel for what type of experience I was looking for in the long run and my interests. Not very long after, I was given options for various local government positions.

The staff and recruiters were more than accommodating and resourceful in ensuring your placement was well and everything was good to go. I would definitely recommend using HB staffing for employment! You will leverage yourself and it's great to have support from your agency as well! Thanks HB, I definitely feel like a winner!

The HB Staffing team is the most responsive agency I've worked with.

HB Staffing is the best temp agency I have known. Through their client (the County of San Diego's EMS), they have offered me the best working conditions I have been looking for in San Diego, a much better pay than the ones I had with a temp agency before, and a very nice environment to work at. The recruiters were very professional, nice and helpful. I would recommend this agency to all of my friends looking for a job.

Some of these recruiting reviews are either fabricated or actually had a great recruiter. However Maggy Vasquez possibly the most disappointing recruiter from any staffing company. Experience was terrible set up an interview never followed up also lack of communication and this was on 2 instances. Do better or hire better
