Wasn't a lot of communication between office staff and driver.... It was 6:30 p.m. before he arrived..not being unkind... Receptionist told driver we said not deliver till after 4p.m. but that wasn't correct. We never said 4 p.m. it was on a Tuesday and I have ASL classes from 6-8... Driver said he could have been there before 6:30 if receptionist had told the truth. So that was a blurp from office staff not me or driver. I really didn't appreciate them saying me and my daughter didn't tell the truth ... That was unprofessional..!!

They're after hours automotive voice system kept calling my house after hours or when they were already closed...I'd already paid up my bill in full...so I Blocked them...their number kept showing up as "potential spam" anyway..so I did them like I do all other "potential spam callers..I blocked them like an annoying troll on the interenet...LOL!!

HCS will not return my calls. I have been trying to get help and answers since Aug 23rd. Joseph is who they say I need to talk to and to this day he will not take my calls or call me back. I am at the point I am going to have to do something drastic.
I also keep getting bills from Linncare. My ins EOB says I owe nothing for 2024. I pay according to my EOB. so please stop sending fraudulent statements. Learn how to read EOB and post accordingly.

I have gotten the best care ever!! All the staff & therapists have been wonderful!!! I have asked alot of questions and they are always very courteous, knowledgeable, patient with me , and take all the time necessary to be sure i get the answers I need!! My parents were able to get all of the supplies they needed to feel better. Jennifer Villalvazo communicated with them to ensure they had everything timely and they even get reminders when their medication is running low to reorder. She also sent me great information on sleep apnea!

Had a bad experience with a condenser and the guy who they sent out .. really took great care of me ..he showed up in a matter of a few minutes and had my equipment up and running in no time ..his name was Christian!! Ty so much for All you did..sd he would come until it was right and he did not 1 not 2 but 3 times!! And even came out on a Sunday!! Ty so much for your care and understanding!!
