I signed up for HCI Health and Life Coach Certifications with great hopes. Their program was informative, but many of the videos had distasteful comments. An example was when they were discussing how fun French kissing is. For a program that cost $6,000, I expected more professionalism!

With being ICF credentialed, they made it sound like I would be able to land a job and/or start my own business no problem. It has been over a year and I still have non been hired as a coach.

With numerous other wellness/fitness certifications, along with a BS degree in Wellness Management and 16 years coaching experience, I was hopeful this certification would make me stand out. Unfortunately, this has not been the case.

So, I had seen their many promotional emails about the Pathway Program which prepares you for the NBCHWC. I figured you can’t get any higher than board certified so I dished out an additional $4,000, and have been completely ignored!

They send me constant promotional emails telling me to sign up for the Pathway Program, which I ALREADY HAVE! I have not gotten any correspondence about the Pathway course which is supposed to start in January 2025!

I keep replying to the promotional emails, and keep getting automated responses that says someone will be in touch, but they NEVER are! I even messaged the salesperson who had helped me after I signed up for the Health and Life Coach Certifications, and never got a response.

After giving this corporation $10,000 I feel very let down with their lack of customer service. They have my money, and now I am non-existent. Needless to say, as a result, I have extreme buyers remorse.

💜August 2022 Retreat was Magical! It was filled with Invaluable Coaching Techniques. The retreat was an Extraordinary Experience both with others and myself. Growth and Connections, The feeling of Community among all the coaches and I would even say it was a Spiritual Moving Experience too. 🥰Stacey and Carey are even more lovely, heartfelt, caring in person.Their staff ROCKS too!😃 Alex was dynamic and would like to see more of him. All the coaches Very Inspirational!! 🥰 The location was beautiful and fun to run into others and visit. The fellow coaches I spoke too in and out of sessions were the best🥰 because I'm not alone, there is a sense of great belonging. I have achieved my health and life coach certification and now in Coach Mastery with HCI. These programs are priceless and has helped in building a great foundation for my coaching career as a 💜Women's Fibromyalgia Empowerment Coach. I'm proud to call HCI my coaching expertise "go to". Thank you all at HCI and fellow students/coaches. 😃 What a blessing!🙏

After contemplating enrolling in a Life Coach Certification Program for several years and thoroughly researching multiple programs, I am so thankful that I chose Health Coach Institute. I was skeptical at first due to a few bad reviews I had read, but am so glad I listened to my gut. It is absolutely worth every penny. I have learned more in four weeks of classes with HCI than I could've ever imagined possible. Not only are these skills helping to develop me as a life coach, but they are making such a powerful impact in my everyday life. I cannot recommend this program enough. Life changing!!

I would strongly advise against investing in the Health Coach Institute (HCI). During a time when I was vulnerable and seeking a new career path, HCI's enticing promises masked the reality. Although I managed to secure a loan to pay their ridiculously high tuition fee, the program failed to meet my expectations.

HCI's focus appeared to be more on upselling and revenue generation than on equipping students with the skills and knowledge needed to be effective health coaches. It felt more like a profit-driven operation than a legitimate educational program.

Furthermore, if their curriculum has not been updated since 2020, it's troubling that HCI still lacks a significant focus on diverse populations and different cultures. In today's world, this oversight is not only outdated but also disappointing.

In summary, my experience with HCI was a costly letdown. I would encourage anyone considering HCI to explore alternative options. One of my biggest and costly regrets that I wish I could take back and be refunded.

But above the teachings, you are both the perfect models of the product a transformed life should look like. I looked carefully for a Health and Life Coaching program, with accreditation, that could provide me both the knowledge and the flexibility of an online course as well as contact with my fellow students and the Health Coach Institute HCI was a perfect choice for me. It’s very complete, excellent professionals, the course is really interesting and the methodology easy and we have a lot of practical tools.

I had been researching Health and Life coach certification programs for about two years. HCI kept coming up as one of the best so I started to follow them on social media. Everything they were about was what I wanted to coach on. So I took the next step and signed up. I wanted to be a coach and have the proper tools to help others make significant changes in their life. What I didn't expect from the program is that my life was about to change too. I am only 9 weeks into the program and my life has transformed on so many levels. This program will change the lives of my clients and also my life. If you are contemplating joining, trust me when I say even if you never get a client (Which I have after 5 weeks) the transformation in your own life is invaluable and 100% worth it. You deserve this experience.

A friend of mine suggested that I look into health/life coaching in Sept. 2019. Health Coach Institute was the first one that I came upon perhaps due to their name and what I typed in my search- very smart!! It was clear from the start that Carey and Stacy are genuinely passionate about coaching without hype or pretense! My experience having completed Become A Health Coach and Transformational Coaching Method went above and beyond any expectations I had going in! My life has changed in a multitude of ways- we have an amazing community of fellow coaches that continue to inspire one another, I now have better boundaries in all my relationships, and I'm passionate about coaching in large part due to the commitment not only of the founders but all the coaches and staff who work for HCI. The retreats give students and graduates an opportunity to reignite their passion for coaching as well as standing in their truth among peers! I've enjoyed every minute, every exercise and every new connection made!
