We are in the process of buying our first home and were very certain we wanted a home inspection before moving forward with the purchase. Eathan was very knowledgeable and patient, allowing me to follow along with the inspection, ask questions, and learn more about what he was seeing. After the inspection we decided not to move forward with the purchase and viewed the inspection as a great learning experience. He provided a report the same day thanks to using more general language and attached photos, which combined with our discussions proved very useful, though if you are looking for a very in depth and specifically detailed report regarding the exact issues you will need to request that. I feel much more confident to make future offers simply from the understanding gained from having the inspection done with someone that was happy to explain what was important to look out for and why.
