Sharon & I both stopped by the Bountiful location to have our hearing aids cleaned. No appointment required and Chelli greeted us with a pleasant smile, happy to clean our instruments. She provided helpful education about other related services as we finished. Overall a very pleasant experience.

I had other hearing aids for years and they were nothing comparable to my new aids I recieved here, the testing was more thorough then anywhere I have been and I love their treatment program, Taya and chelli are super friendly and welcoming! I highly recommend!

I’m writing this for my 86 year old mother who is absolutely loving her new hearing aids. She is hearing better than she ever has with these Oticon hearing aids, and far better than other brands she has had in the past. The team was amazing and Taya took excellent care of her. They were so nice & helpful and got me to a point where I can actually hear much better now. The technician was so helpful. She discovered a problem on one of the hearing aids and fixed it perfectly. I am so happy to have found this company. Now my husband and I have the same doctor & technician.

I have been so very impressed with the service I have received at H&B Center. I have had hearing aid for over 20 years. They took over
Bountiful Hearing. A big plus for me is having Centers other places, so we if there is a need. They will find the closest center.

For 35 years Bountiful Hearing has been my choice for my personal hearing care. Although there has been ownership and management changes in recent years, Taya has been there through them and made certain that my hearing needs have been met and exceeded. I appreciate her professionalism and constancy. I met Shelli only recently when I was short on time and she quickly and professionally solved a hearing aid problem and got me on my way. I've just started going to Bountiful Hearing. I always felt I had some hearing loss, but it was never diagnosed. Taya helped me out and did discover my hearing loss. She helped fit me with some hearing aids. They are working great! She has done a wonderful job so far with helping me.
