It was amazing when Greg Schroeder was the professional at the offices. When he left it isn’t any more. The office administrator is wonderful and does an excellent job. For no reason they changed my ear buds and I wasn’t able to wear them comfortably for over a month. Also they only have the professional in once every other week! I’m sure the new staff is very competent but when you only have access once every 14 days it fails to be useful for troubleshooting issues or concerns.

Very detailed testing and conversation with the specialist, Mr. Abromeit.. He was informed on new technology and well versed in every aspect of the testing process and results.

I was a tad confused when the receptionist asked for payment after telling me an hour prior that the testing consultation was cost free on entering the office, as is advertised? Please advise as to why this occurred.

I have 9 year old hearing aids that I need to have « tuned up  or replaced  for current hearing loss », I appreciated the time and testing to give me a review period for deciding on what I need to do in my near future. Thank you, Mr. Abromeit! You are excellent!

I had an appointment with Jeff Schetter on November 20, 2023 where he tested my hearing and fitted me with new Oticon rechargeable hearing aids. I was happy that he reached out to me and informed me of the Black Friday sale that was going on at the time. I knew that when I got newer hearing aides I wanted to stay with Oticon. Jeff set me up with the same quality, if not better, to what I had previously and because of the sale I was able to save some money. Also, I was given information for payment plans and the office staff was very helpful and accommodating I’m still in the “fine tuning” stage but so far am really quite pleased with my newer hearing aides. Thank you for your help, of knowledgeable staff and having an office close by, that isn’t over an hour away.

I rceivef a well designed test . Assure the accuracy of a thurro - no questionable concusion ' i needed a hearing aid. The options given was their profit and my needed answer for my need. Very thorough and informative checkup. Explained why I should be wearing my hearing aids all the time. Only reason for 4 stars is pushing new hearing aids.
