Well organized, nice selection, & decent prices. However, there is absolutely no reason to be EXTREMELY RUDE to customers especially children. I decided to lead by example and extend grace. It was difficult. I came on here to leave a review, and I read everyone else’s reviews. That’s crazy they are rude to everyone. Why?

I’m sorry I have to even give them one star. I went in today to look for my son a “Wacky Day” outfit for dress up day at school. I called him to tell him about a few shirts I found. When I hung up, I put my phone in my purse and continued looking around. A few minutes later an older lady approached me and asked me what I had put in my purse and basically accused me of stealing. I told her it was my phone and she was welcome to search my purse. I have never been so offended, treated so poorly or humiliated. I put the shirts back I was going to buy my son and promptly left. I will never be back and will tell everyone I know and on social media how they treat their customers. Upon reading other reviews, it seems as if others have also been treated poorly for no reason whatsoever. Do better, Helping Hands!

They write on everything with marker. Prices are pretty high. The cashier was pretty rude. They absolutely refuse to lower price's on anything. Not to mention no Military discount, no seniors discount, nothing. Pretty disappointing, on a good note it was organized and clean.

The only thing I like about this store is that it is very well organized. The employees are so RUDE! I have a son with special needs and upon entering the story he saw a basket of pop its. I didn't realize that he picked one out of the basket and placed it on a shelf on the opposite aisle. As I am attempting to get him into a cart, I turn to hear an employee telling my son it doesn't go there as she picked it up and put it back into the basket. I felt very uncomfortable the rest of the time we were there and think they should focus on their attitudes as much as being ocd about the store. I expect my children to respect the property of other people and if they had an issue with us they should have spoken to me NOT my children who were right with me the whole time. I don't recommend going here.

Lady checking me out was extremely rude. She hatefully informed me that I should have not taken my clothes off the hanger, that they do not do that there. It was my first trip and will be my last time.
After reading other reviews, I see I’m not the only one who has experienced rude staff.

I like this thrift store. What sucks is whoever does the pricing writes on the items a lot of the time, I bought some ceramics and they look tacky with marker prices written on them that I cannot scrub off.
