I’m not sure if this is the right place for the Herbal Risings school. I attended a class at Herbal Risings at 65th Avenue and Glendale. This listing says Phoenix, but the location I went to was in Glendale. Maybe they are related, so hopefully this gets back to them!

I took the class because I wanted to support my brother who wanted to work in the cannabis industry. We took a Career Class together. He got a job today! We’re really grateful, because my brother didn’t know where to begin in his career search. The class really helped him feel like he had an extra set of wings.

I also started buying all my cbd from Herbal Risings! I’m happy that the staff really cares about your questions. I plan on visiting tomorrow. Can’t wait to share the good news!

This company really takes a lot of pride in their classes. Being a Supervisor to a non-profit organization a few years ago, I know the importance of training people for a field to make them stand out more than others less qualified.
Herbal Risings goes above all of this and more. Their workbooks, speakers and presentation is outstanding!
It is important to not only have some backing to appeal to a potential employer but equally important for the student to follow up themselves.
Herbal Risings gives their students knowledge. It is up to the potential employee to use that knowledge to land the job! Highly recommend!

I had a pretty cool experience with Herbal Risings and learned a lot about cannabis, the industry, getting involved, and the next steps to take. Personally, it made a big difference for me and it is all what you make out of it.
I was really thirsty so I did everything there was to offer at that time a couple years ago (class, resume, and mock interview). Chad, April, and their family have really done everything they could to prepare me and even suggested a place to take my resume to, let alone get me out in the scene with interviews and articles later on. Ive been managing my dispensary for almost a couple years now and I thank them for always being there for me.
It is what you make out of it and if you take it seriously, nothing will stop you from attracting your destiny in this industry!

I would like to thank Herbal Rising for helping me in my Cannabis Career. I attended the class and learned a lot about cannabis and how to be a Budtender in the industry. My favorite part was the in depth review of Terpenes! If you’re looking for a leg up in the industry, their course will certainly put you above the others without any training or experience. I decided to utilize their services for a professional resume too and that was the best decision I ever made. The responses that I got from perspective jobs have been phenomenal and they always comment on it. I’m currently in the industry and loving it! Thanks again Herbal Rising….

I received my budtender certification from Herbalrising, I knew a lot of the knowledge already in the course but did learn a few things and enjoyed the guest speakers.
Upon receiving my certification and putting it on my resume I found I started to get many more phone calls to jobs I applied to, and I found a job.
With the help of April on my resume and being able to have something Cannabis related on my resume I got a job at a grow and have advanced significantly within the company.
This class helped me greatly but what I did with the certification and my passion for cultivating Cannabis is why I had the success I've had, if you aren't motivated to get out there and fight for the job and to find your niche then you're not going to get far.

Herbal rising is a great way to get started in the mmj industry. I was wanting to get into a dispensary for the longest but i didnt have any experience, so i would struggle through interviews wondering what i need to know besides smoking. So i researched and found this class and i was able to learn as if i was already working in a dispensary, so on my next interview it was actually easy. I was telling the managers new things in the industry. Another thing that really helped me from herbal rising was the resume they did for me. I worked for 4 dispensaries now in 4 years and every company has said my resume is the best one that they have seen. Many people think they can get in without experience, well thats just lluc if u do, especially if you know someone at the dispensary, but what are your chances of getting into a dispensary if there are 3000 resumes just sitting in a pile. Haha Good luck. Get experience on that resume, this company helps alot.

Don't do business with this company, was a victim of credit fraud. Instead of giving the money back when reported, they kept it and instead tried to make me take a class for something i didn't purchase in the first place. Still recovering from the money they stole.

Re: I've yet to speak with you, or the email your company reported to the bank. Now you choose to lie and slander me? In all honesty, these people are cheats and good at responding to ads. But ignore all phones calls regarding shady practices. Rest assured I'm back on my feet and will be taking this up with the attorney general of phoenix. You guys are a terrible, and just reading peoples reviews that have actually done business with you I'm not shocked. So no I will not be pulling my review, and will continue to keep it here as a warning for others.

!!DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!
I first had sent my resume to StaffMMJ thinking I was submitting for help finding a cannabis career. I get a call a few days later about "Herbal Rising," and how I'll be a great candidate for their workshop (300$), So I'm sold on the idea of getting a leg up, and their associates helping to push you into a career. What this company is offering is (NOTHING) there isn't anything additional you'll learn through their classes, or workshop. They DO NOT care about helping you, or getting you further in the cannabis career. They just want your (MONEY), I spent the 300$ and learned the hard way. Don't make the same mistake trusting selfish, rude, lying individuals like I did. Just go out, get your patient cannabis card, and do your own research. You'll be better off, and probably a step ahead of this scam of a "Career College." !!DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!
