My grandfather has been a patient here for just over 2 months. The beginning of his stay here was honestly a bit rocky. As with anywhere, it took some time for the staff here to get to know his personal preferences and needs. Once we got through the initial obstacles, his stay here has been fantastic. The team here has gone above and beyond to make sure my grandfather is comfortable and well cared for. Anytime I've had concerns with care provided by an particular person, it has been addressed immediately. They are not perfect... no where is. They DEFINITELY care about correcting mistakes and doing the best they can do each day. They have also been extremely welcoming to me and our family during our visits.

This is one of the worst facilities in the county of San Bernardino! My brother went there for physical therapy, "never received any in the first 6 months that he was there!" Now he is completely contracted! No self body movements! He stop eating and no one told me, I had to point it out too them! Now he's on a feeding tube. They also been charging his insurance over $4,000 a month for physical therapy and have admitted to not giving him ANY physical therapy! Check your loved ones insurance because they are completely fraudulent at this point! My brother was foun by me one evening lying in urine from head to toe! "He's none verbal" They lied and told me that he had just been changed, but his roommate said they were lying and they finally admitted to me he hadn't been changed since the morning. Some of you people on here with these reviews have to be some filthy people to say that this nice clean, YES! I have been there a few time and it has been clean, but the MAJORITY of the time it smells HORRIBLE! and the staff there is a mess! I have had never but bad experience with these people, and I been trying everything in my power to find him a new facility. Please think twice before putting your loved one's in this place. go check it out for yourself.

A close friend of mine was there post op for hip replacement and she did not receive any type of physical therapy for 3 days and almost ended up in surgery again. Family had to demand for her to be moved to another rehab facility. Thank GOD she is a strong lady. DON'T ever send your loved ones to Heritage Gardens in Loma Linda.

The service here has been great for my family member. The entire team checks in with us regularly. They keep him safe, cared for and happy for the most part.

Debbie, Kimberly, Tanja, Christina, Josephine and so many others are the real MVPs. They know the treats that make him happy and do their best to provide it for him daily. So grateful for such a personal, genuine interest from this team.

As family, do your due diligence and check in on your loved ones. Communicate with the team to help them know if they are missing the mark in any regard. I promise, they WILL get it right at this facility!

I've been at Heritage Gardens Rehabilitation Center since January 2024 to present Oct 26th. I'm vegetarian so it was hard to get a vegetarian diet when I first arrived. I've working with Rebecca on special diet. They have order, vegetarian foods, vegi-burgers, vegi-chicken, salads are good.

As with every health care facility in California it's hard to fill positions in the health industry. This is a training facility for health care professionals. You'll see them from time to time.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), the majority of them are real real good. Excellent performance by, LaShea', Anna, Two Christina's, Frank, Brianna, Xavier, Haruna, Emily, Kenosha, Lilia, Zoila, Mary Ann, to name a few. There are one or two bad apples so to speak. They'll be weeded out with time.

LVN's and RN's usually man the med-cart they go around to make sure everyone gets there medications. I kind of judge the Med Nurses by if they have a sense of humor and knowledge on the prescriptions they deliver. If you can talk to them they're usually a good assest. Bad Med Nurses don't last long here. The facility makes sure the Med Nurses they employ are the best in the field. Eric, Joseph, Tanja, Lisa, Mary, Samantha, Josephine, Alexis, Darniesha, there's a couple of new ones but I don't know there names yet, to name a few.

The Wound Treatment Nurses are Outstanding. I've had several wounds that have been difficult to heal before coming to Heritage Gardens. I speak very highly of Wound Treatment Nurses here. Elizabeth and Julia are Outstanding, they know how to treat wounds. Jackie and Aileen are excellent as well.

The Facility has a new Facility Director his name is Steve. He stops by and checks to see if everything is ok, or any complaints. He made great strides in changing things around here.

I have to mention the Director of Nursing her name is Debbie. We might have had a bad start. But she is amazing in managing all the nursing and staff changes, medicines prescriptions. She has too many hats and needs an assistant to help with some of the heavy load she is carrying. Maybe someone should take over the medicine and prescriptions for patients.

The facility is always clean to me. The clean the floors in the hallways every day. They come in a sweep and mop the floors in the rooms. Wonda is also recognized for her role at Heritage Gardens.

This is the 3rd Skilled Nursing facility I've been to in the last year. I highly recommend Heritage Gardens Rehabilitation Center. Outstanding for Wound Treatment.

My mom is here due to a long term illness. The nurses and CNAs are great to my mom. They take good care of her.
