I almost didn’t go to this store because of the poor reviews on google. I went reluctantly to return a gift but ended up buying something else because the saleswoman was so nice. Everyone at the store was nice and it’s a beautifully curated store.

I had one positive experience with Hermes when I went there in person to purchase a bracelet last Fall. Confirming some of the previous reviews, I did notice all the people "working" who were too busy and rude to even greet a customer.
This time I was having a bracelet transferred to the Greenwich store for pickup and Sashima was supposed to call to let me know it was in. It's been a week and she never called. I've called the store 4x, left messages because they NEVER answer the phone, and never received a call back. What a joke. I will happily take my business elsewhere.

Waited 30+ minutes to see a product before walking out. It’s peak retail season pre holidays. This is when a business of this caliber should be staffing accordingly.

Worst experience I have ever had at an Hermes store, horrible manger Cristina and was disrespected by an employee named Jeff, they mistreat people thinking they are better than others. I went to the store to buy multiple items which I did with Tina she was amazing the only good thing about the store was Tina.

The manager of this store is really a disgrace to the Hermes brand, they don't know how to treat a customer, we arrived and the man who works there treated us in a totally rude way, but Tina was incredible, polite and kind, while the others should learn a little from her about how to treat someone who is already a customer of the brand and because of these events they may even stop being one, Hermes should analyze its employees and managers more before placing inadequate staff who do not know how to treat and work with human beings, especially those who have been loyal customers for many years, we have never had such a humiliating experience like this!

For some reason, I have been blocked on the Hermes website even though I have bought from them on-line before. Hermes has a weird way of dealing with the buying public.

I had a horrible experience at this store and with one particular salesperson.
She treated me like if I didn’t have money to afford buying something over there and when I asked about a particular product, the attendant answered me with a very surprised way saying that particular object would cost 5k. I didn’t ask her the price. I asked if she had it in store. Her answer was: oh, that is 5k; like: you can’t afford that. I bought what they had available and left.
Completely unprofessional. Oh, and the client before me, this salesperson brought her until the door when she was leaving and with me, she charged and just asked if I had interest in receiving news about bags and other products. I said NO thank you. I paid my purchase and she didn’t even stand up from the chair at the cashier.
It looks like this Salesperson just treat with professionalism someone she knows and will spend thousands with her.
I could but never anymore over there!

Not a single person greeted me. I was in the store for over 20 minutes literally pacing back-and-forth waiting to be helped, or simply just greeted. I was not gonna leave a review until I ran into a client of mine yesterday who said the same thing! The display and visual aspect also left a very bad taste in my mouth. Looked very sold through and sloppy. Never coming back to this location, will stick to literally any other location.

I just recently decided to switch SA within this same store because I didn’t really click with my first SA unfortunately..but the first SA was still wonderful. Last week, I met my new SA Saschima. She is sooo sweet and I can tell she is truly and genuinely wanting to help you find the things you want/need. I wish I met Saschima first because I would have loved to shop with her the first 3-4 times I was there but I am still thankful I got to eventually meet her as my new SA ☺️Also, coming from South Korea, I feel like this boutique is so much more organized, beautifully curated and a lot of the items are in stock! Most of the staffs seem friendly and I am set this will be my home-boutique for the next +10 years!
