My son has been attending daycare at this center for over a year now. He has gone from the infant classroom to toddler. Overall, this center is awesome. I have never had any bad experiences. Everyone is very friendly and my son loves his teachers and seems to actually enjoy getting dropped off. Sometimes it's hard to get him to want to leave! Would recommend to anyone in need of child care services.

My family had such a bad experience here. It was so bad that I had to contact community care licensing and submit a complaint that was substantiated after the investigation. They removed the staff member who physically abused my 2yr old child, and stayed for about a week but ultimately had to leave after feeling a tremendous amount of animosity from my child's direct teachers/caregivers. I felt my child was not safe anymore, even with the removal of the person who abused my child. I was so disappointed to see the rest of the staff react that way towards us. It was our first time using a daycare facility that I thought looked "nice".

I cannot write enough nice things about the team and my experience with the Kindercare - Highgrove facility.

We first dropped my daughter off when she was around 18 months and believe it was the best decision we made for her. She has come such a long way with her verbal and social skills. The daily pictures/videos and status updates from their online app make me feel so comfortable - you can tell the teachers genuinely care for the kids. I would refer my closest friends and family to bring their child to this location; you will have peace of mind knowing they are well taken care of.

My kids have been going to kindercare Highgrove since June 2020 and they absolutely love it here , the teachers are so caring including the administrators Ms Kelly and Ms Sarah. I Would recommend this daycare to any family looking for the best care for your little ones. The teachers her are amazing , dedicated and loving!

My daughter has been going there for about 6 months now and my oh my have I seen such improvements from her! She’s talking so much, using full sentences and manners saying please and thank you. She’s always so happy to go to KinderCare every morning. I love all the crafts and pictures I get back every week from her teachers. Yes it’s expensive but I believe it’s worth it, can’t put a price on the well being of your child.
