This has been the best daycare experience I’ve ever had…
My almost 2-year-old loves this daycare and it is such a drastic difference from the daycare she was previously enrolled in. The teachers are amazing and the director is so personable and communicative. The center has engaging events and activities for the whole family and I never worry about my daughter when she is in their care. We enrolled in August 2024 and though a few reviews could have swayed us, I’m so glad I took the chance to go and see the daycare for myself and experience the great care that they provide. I would recommend Highview Learning center to any parent, especially new parents.

After a difficult experience at a previous daycare, we were hesitant to try another, but I’m so glad we chose Highview. My sister had both of her children here since they were babies, and now I see why. The difference in my daughter’s development and social engagement has been incredible! She is always happy to see her teachers, and I can tell she genuinely enjoys going to Highview Learning Center.

I truly appreciate how attentive the teachers are—they not only follow through on any requests but also provide full logs of my daughter’s activities, which gives me peace of mind. A special thank you to Mrs. Breanna and Infant 2 Room teachers for always keeping us informed and for being so understanding. As a first-time mom, it can be overwhelming not always knowing what to do, and they all have been incredibly supportive. All of the teachers have been so welcoming, and it’s clear that my daughter loves them.

Additionally, as a believer in Christ, I also love that she is learning and developing her faith and a love for God, even at such a young age. It brings me so much joy to know that she is in an environment that nurtures not only her development but also her spiritual growth.

Highview has been such a positive experience for me and I highly recommend it to any parent looking for a nurturing, caring, and well-structured environment for their little one!

Speaking in 2025, this place is amazing! My 4 year old and 4month old love it. My newborn is always either sleeping or playing when i pick her up. They do a great job asking about when she last ate and keeping up with supplies. It helps knowing that one of the nursery teachers have a 6mo old. They are all so motherly and loving! My 4 year old has been through 2 other schools locally and this has been his favorite. The classrooms are structured with a variety of activities. I feel safe dropping them off without worrying about their day. The owner, Bre has been so helpful in our transition. And there is scripture all throughout the place which sends beautiful reminders to the soul. 10 out of 10 recommend this place!

We are very pleased with the care my 2 year old and 3 month old have received. My 2 year old loves her teachers so much and you can tell the staff genuinely loves the kiddos. Mrs B is very communicative and responds to questions or concerns promptly. My 2 year old has come home learning to count, sings songs, follows basic commands, eats well with silverware and is always smiling when I pick her up. No daycare is perfect but this is as close as you can get. HVLC is intentional about planning family events and values the partnership with the families. We love Highview!

We love it here! Love that my toddler is excited about Jesus and comes home requesting to go to church and listen to praise and worship. He is also enrolled in cooking classes and loves to help me make meals. The school is super clean and the staff and teachers are chef kiss! Would highly recommend!!!!! I’ve had some good experiences with this daycare. I’ve had good communication with the new director. She is open to conversation. I was a little hesitant to approach her but she was very personable. The teachers are good. My child loves to go to school, loves her teachers, loves the environment. There was a time when I didn’t feel that I was pleased, but that was related to my personal traumas. I started asking questions, started communicating more. I had to stop hoping for them to read my mind and start facilitating communications. My child loves it and wakes up every morning and ask to go to school!

My wife and I placed our little one here at 3 months and were very hesitant at first because this was our first baby and daycare experience. Since then, there has been no turnover in the nursery and the director, Breanna, has been extremely kind and helpful if we have any concerns. We are very grateful for Highview and the care they provide for our little one.

**Unacceptable Experience with Poor Communication and Care**

We had a very disappointing experience with Highview Learning Center. Our child, who is 2.6 years old, was placed in a class for 3-year-olds, despite the fact that this was their first experience in a commercial childcare setting. As parents, we naturally had questions about how our child was adjusting and what the center was doing to help with the transition. Unfortunately, our concerns were not taken seriously.

The director was consistently unresponsive to our messages, and when we finally managed to speak on the phone, our feedback was dismissed. We tried to explain that the behaviors they described were not what we observed at home, but it didn’t make a difference. The director seems to frown upon honest questions and concerns, which is troubling for a place responsible for the care and development of young children.

Ultimately, our child was asked to leave simply because we, as parents, wanted to ensure they were receiving appropriate care and support. We were left feeling unheard and frustrated. Not all children are ready to "jump ahead," and any facility should be prepared to work with families, not push them out when concerns arise.

This experience has been upsetting, and we would not recommend Highview Learning Center to other families looking for a supportive environment for their child.
