Went here today and purchased a desk at $85 plus tax. They said they would help me load it just to be turned away as for the help. It was the guy in the back and a Hispanic girl who refused to help me thinking it would not fit. They upset me so much I just ran them off and loaded it myself. They just made excuses to not to work. It was the gay Hispanic guy and a Hispanic young girl. I come here twice a week and always buy something knowing where the money goes, but I don't think I will not go back there again. THEY SAY THEY CAN'T ASSIST, BUT OFFER IT. THEY WILL NOT LET YOU TAKE YOUR OWN ITEM THAT YOU PAID FOR OUT THE FRONT DOOR. THEN WHY THE HELL TAKE IT TO THE BACK. JUST TO MAKE IT HARDER ON A PERSON WHO PAID $100 JUST TO GIVE THEM HEADACHES. POST YOUR RULES ON THE FRONT DOOR SO PEOPLE DON'T HAVE TO DEAL WITH IDIOTS AT YOUR STORE THAT YOU HIRE

I loved going there, I love to read so I usually get a few books. I used to go 2x a week. I was there this past Friday and I noticed there was a lady who was choosing some things in the back. I thought we were not allowed to do that but apparently she knows the people that work there because there were telling her is that all you want there is some stuff left if you want to look more. I don't think that is fair to other customers. Apparently if you know someone that works there you're allowed to get first dibs while other customers get whatever is left.

I was very impressed by cleanliness of the entire store and the nice quality and selection in clothing and shoes. Organized and not overly stocked. The prizes are great and staff was very peasant.

Quick turnover of their products. If you like it, get it before it's gone. Prices can't be beat. Selection is what a thrift store is some days are good others, meh. Clean place, friendly helpful staff.

I use to love going there they had great prices n deals but once they moved there prices are way to high ..... hard to find deals there anymore I use to go 2 to 3 times a week before they moved to there new location now only maybe every few months if that.......

I went to HH Thrift Store looking for a specific piece of medical equipment; yay, they had 2 to choose from, cleaned up and at a very fair price! The employee that assisted me was very good, knowledgeable and helpful. AND, scanning the rest of their non-medical offerings, I'm going to go back to spend some time & money. The store is not fancy, but it's clean and organized. FYI - no exchanges or refunds.
