Parkkng and our room & bathroom were clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Staff customer sevice was top notch and excellent. Katrina in the breakfast room is AMAZING! Absolutely the best person we encountered on our 8 day trip. She is the sunshine everyone needs in the morning.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The staff was very nice, especially Katrina (the breakfast hostess) . You can tell she enjoyed her job. She was very very attentive and efficient, and quite possibly one of the nicest people we met. She deserves to be rewarded.

The professionalism of the staff at thi particular IHG was obvious from the time I entered the door. Everyone was very helpful and I was in my room quickly. The person responsible for the breakfast went out of her way to ensure everything was rapidly replenished. Her positive attitude was contagious. Each staff member checked to see if everything was in order.

Would highly recommend this property.

this visit was part of our honeymoon, and everything was great. i would thoroughly recommend this hotel. the location and restaurants in area were adequate. the breakfast bar was very good with a lot of options. the only thing was the bar was not as hot as i would have liked especially the gravy, but overall, we enjoyed and would go stay again at any holiday inn.

I will never stay here ever again as I feel we were discriminated against for having service animals and the staff is not friendly at all.
I was told my dirty linens stunk and I couldn’t wipe my dogs with them. I would never even tell this to a family member much less a customer. I changed my own beds bought a vacuum to clean my room and had room service 1 time the entire 6 weeks I stayed here. I guess because of my dogs. They ration out their towels and get upset if you ask for more . I hate this place if it wasn’t in such a small town where we had more options we would have left .

This is wonderful hotel -great people , service, and free breakfast. I can see why it is a popular choice for travelers visiting in the area. I was glad I stopped here and would recommend this hotel to anyone. The Cracker Barrel is across the street which is where I went for dinner.

This is a regular stop for me when traveling in this part of the country. Customer service is top notch. The service from hotel employees at this location rival the 5 star hotels I have stayed at. Go to the Cracker Barrel across the street for breakfast. Breakfast at the hotel is not terrible, it's just an underwhelming typical hotel breakfast. Beds are great

This is a great IHG Property. I was visiting family, and the hotel was close to my relatives. Good restaurants close by. I had a great experience here. What I really want to do here is recognize the breakfast area staff. They have a lady working in there who really takes care of you as a guest. She really knows how to make you feel welcome, and get your day started off right. She truly is an asset to this location, and I enjoyed the conversation with her. If you are looking for a hotel near Gadsden Alabama, then this is it.
