I just completed my 60- hour pre-license course. I chose HomeSweet Real Estate Academy after searching for a school endorsed by the AREC. My instructor, Ashlee, was awesome. She was able to take the textbook information and relate it to real-life scenarios. This helped me to put everything into a practical perspective that was easy to understand. I highly recommend this school; I will be signing up for the study session offered free to students.

I can't say enough how grateful I am for having attended this place to get my initial 60 hours. The hybrid option was so very helpful. I typically NEED to be in person but the way Ashlee does the class kept me much more interested AND engaged when I did a few days at home.
After taking the class I feel very very prepared for taking my test. I will most certainly come back to get my further education credits from them in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Took the pre licensure course, Ashlee is great! She is very knowledgeable and passionate. The class structure is very convenient especially if you’re a parent. Loved that you can do virtual, in person, or a combination. Getting started was very easy and I was helped throughout the entire process. They also offer study sessions which I am very excited to use before taking my exam. I would definitely recommend!
