Our experience with Huntington Learning Center in New Albany, Ohio has been outstanding and has paid off immensely. Our student has went from struggling last year with grades in the lower level of the grading scale to being on the honor roll every quarter so far this school year! Huntington has adapted the tutoring program to fit our student’s needs. I share this because tutoring programs should not be one size fits all because each student has specific needs that should be focused on. Additionally, the flexibility in scheduling has been extremely helpful. Kirsten has made last minute adjustments to the schedule many times without hesitation. This has allowed our student last minute test preparation time with the tutor the evening before a test. It is incredible and heartwarming to see the confidence and pride that has grown in our sophomore! We no longer hear grumbling about homework and actually receive text messages mid school day asking to schedule an extra tutoring session! We are very thankful to the Huntington Learning center and highly recommend them to anyone whose student can use the extra help.

The ACT prep course my son took will save us about $88,000 from the scholarship he earned from him achieving his target score. I have never made a financial investment with a 55:1 return ratio until I worked with Kirsten and her team in Gahanna.

Though it’s a magnificent financial return, I can’t put a price in my son getting the opportunity to pursue his dream.

If your child has college athletic aspirations, you are far better off investing with Huntington Learning Center than any personal trainer or skills coach.

My daughter just started taking her two sons 8yo & 9yo (my grandsons) to HLC in New Albany. Everyone there is so friendly and appear to be very good at what they do. I think the boys have improved significantly in their reading after just a few sessions!! I highly recommend HLC to anyone who has a child needs a tutor!!

Huntington gets results! My son increased his score 5 points to get a perfect 36 on his second attempt. They evaluate where the student has room to improve their score and focus the study and practice on those areas . I feel it is the most objective, efficient method out there. My son worked with them for 2 months mostly over winter break . Scheduling was very easy. Now my second son is working with them. Emily does a great job pairing up the student and tutor. I think it is a good sign that my son hasn’t complained about going to tutoring . He is working with Nathaniel, a fellow St Charles grad; they seem to be bonding over that shared experience. I have recommended Huntington to all my friends with high schoolers preparing for the ACT and SAT.
