This office is absolutely terrible with answering the phone. I called almost every day for 2 weeks straight (multiple times each day) and no one ever picked up. In addition, they are not very good at returning phone calls. It is a struggle to reach anyone in this office. I would give zero stars if it were an option.

They never answer the phone. I have called them every day for a week. No answer. Extremely frustrating since I am on maternity leave and cannot go into the bldg.

Usually pretty helpful for any tuition assistance related questions. I wish they had some faster dedicated customer service terminals for students to log in to the AF portal as needed.
