The hours that are posted online are conflicting and inaccurate with what their actual hours are. They do not accept any walk ins from 1200-1500 like one of the websites say, the staff was 40 minutes late to the one appointment they did have that was there before me, and they refused to help me since it was past 12:00 and they were "closed" even though they showed up at 1:00pm to help the person whose appointed they were late for. You have to get an appointment a month in advance because they are likely booked out for the whole month. Plus they were rude even after showing up late. I normally don't take the time to write reviews but I've never dealt with a customer service experience this poor.

Airman Smith was so nice to me. The office is small and quiet when I got there before closing. The airmen in the office were nice and professional and gave me all the tools I need for further assistance, even without an appt they were top notch.

The Female was rude to me for some unknown reason. The issue was resolved in a professional manner by the male Sargeant when I went in office.
Her attitude was unexpected and unacceptable. I did notice she was nice to a couple while I was there and asked that they fill out a customer survey.

I’m IST from a Florida army unit. And I’m use to army units having their own deers office. So I’m California I realized that everything deers office is dual with airforce being primarily. They are very slow with the ID process. They try to move like they are being efficient but it’s a very slow process and they prioritize retired airforce and current airforce appoints over everyone else. They only have two people sitting in the office moving a slow snail pace to get things done.

When I came by here to get my ID nobody was waiting in line. So everything went very quick and well for me. I had heard stories about how people couldn't get an appointment or waited for hours. That wasn't my case thankfully.

Don't go here if you are in a hurry.
Two complacent civilian gentlemen helping everyone slowly. Wasted an entire morning of my life I will never get back! It should NEVER be "Military Standard" to keep people waiting just because you can. People currently serving deserve way better. So do the Veterans! Step it up so you are on time for appointments within the time you have been alloted!

I followed the instructions given on the telephone msg. from the ID office at March ARB. When I went to the site where I was supposed to make an appointment it (1) said I was not in the DEERS system and (2) would not allow me to leave an e-note to the ID office. The "800" number for the DEERS trouble line was impossible to get through on.

My wife needs her dependent card renewed and I can't seem to get help from anyone. I guess that's my reward for 30 years of honorable service.
