I am with the TRIO program and I say that ISU was pretty nice overall lol. The only I find weird is that during the summer the girls stay in the boys dorm, and the boys stay in the girls dorm. I stayed on the third floor, and the maintenance was ok. I know it is hard to walk up to the 3rd floor and I know not everything can be fixed immediately. Not to mention that the dorms over by rendezvous are a bit older. But the nice part I really appreciate was that you can switch the shower heads to go to a normal stream to a semi-hard blast. But besides that, I would say it was kind of ISU for letting us stay there during this program. And that I can't wait to come next summer 😁. I love the campus at University Place. It’s usually pretty quiet which is Great for studying, working, whatever you need to do that requires focus and attention. I also like take classes there because the class sizes generally smaller so the teacher to student ratio is much better. I also love the teachers there. It’s a perfect place for nontraditional students who don’t need the social aspect of a university setting.

I took a general class here back in 2005. The facilities are nice and the instructor was very knowledgeable. And now there are Bachelor's programs here so you don't have to go to Pocatello's campus to take classes for some majors. I would recommend going here. Not as many liberals.

I wish the school had more publicity! It's great for families that can't relocate to Pocatello or older students that don't want to be in the hustle and bustle of 18 year old freshmen.
